[redacted name] is rude and aggressive. We phoned reception to complain about mould in the room and the lumpy mattress. After his many denials he called us liars, and when we said we'd report him to Fair Trading he came to the room, stuck his foot in the door and was very argumentative and would not leave. Later we found he charged an extra fee to our credit card for calling reception after hours. My partner and I and our child were really shaken by the whole experience.

James at the motel recp is very nice helpful the rooms are clean very nice u can also hire a laptop for the night room comes with a ps3 1 game more to hire pool very nice stayed for night when mum was in hospital

My dad, two dogs and I stayed at the River house for nearly a week before i ended up moving to port macquarie and we had a great time. The house looks old from the outside but inside was a very pleasent suprise. It was spotless. I loved the large back deck. I must say that the staff at Koala tree are the best. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If I have a choice the river house is definatly my favourite out of all the koala tree accommodation.
