Lovely cafe in the Knox shopping centre. So nice to drink super coffee away from the hustle and bustle of the food court. I will certainly go back especially given that they use A2 milk in their coffees!

I stopped by the Knox Cafe for a milkshake on a recent visit to the Knox Shopping Centre, and I was genuinely impressed. As I am not familiar with the shopping centre and it's cafes, I just went for the first "quiet" one i saw - Knox Cafe is situated away from the food court, in a quieter area of the shopping centre (near the news agency and bathrooms) which I felt was perfect. My chocolate shake tasted great! Staff seemed friendly and attentive to detail, and I noticed many of the other customers around seemed just as pleased with their food and drinks as I did with my shake.

The value was also great; I'd definitely like to return if I am ever at Knox shopping centre again!

We ordered our coffees on a not too busy day, the guy serving us was indifferent and quite cold, he seemed to be in another world! The coffee was nothing to write home about either, too hot and bland. A poor experience, and not one I'd care to repeat. Judging by the other reviews, maybe it was just a bad day?

My whole family has independently found this little treasure at Knox City which has become our regular coffee spot. As a Knox City local, I can confidently say that we have tried every cafe in the centre. To find one that can make a good milkshake, and great coffee to each of our different likings, THAT IS IMPRESSIVE. It's not in the food court, so it's not so loud. The owners are a family, and the nicest people. They remember you and what you tend to order. A great small family buisness.

This is a really nice discovery at Knox. Away from the main food court so a bit quieter, but close to it and central to everything else. One of the smoothest, nicest coffees in the centre. I'm a regular now!
