Plenty of variety and often my go to shop. The store is conveniently located at Stockland Wendouree where there is plenty of parking and other retail outlets.

One of my issues with the store is that in the evenings there are often only auto-check-out machines and no cashiers. I have had to request a staff member to either staff a cash register or to run the purchase through the auto-check-out. I suppose one is either for or against this technology. I prefer people to have jobs and for customers to be able to choose.

On the whole, the shop is clean and well stocked with items at a reasonable price. I have bought a lot of things there and am likely to check out KMart when I need to buy clothing, underwear and shoes. The service from on-floor staff is satisfactory.

From brand items to clearance racks this shop has it all. I find new things everytime i shop and the variety of items in store is generous. I don't need to shop anywhere else unless of course its soccer and then i have to shop in London!! OF COURSE!! :D

i love this shop! i will come here for almost anything. there prices are so cheap and for excellent value. any problems they will be happy to assist. great friendly staff, with variety instore from shoes to toys and digital photo print and pick up in store too!

Good variety of household goods and clothers, especially childrens at a resonable price.. At certain times good bargins can be found here. Staff are usually pretty helpful, and you can now go through the register doing it yourself.

Great variety and everything you need in one place, clothes have dropped south in quality that I no longer shop there for those items. Disappointing that Kmart is not willing to supply better quality for a little more price

Excellent Customer Service, Very Friendly Staff

I have never had an issue with Kmart until the last few months where the service offered to me as a customer was sub par. I went into Kmart with a gift voucher and decided that I would use it up. When purchasing my items, I used up the voucher plus an additional $30 in cash. After taking my items home, I realized that my item had been put on the wrong hanger. The following day I returned to Kmart with my item and explained the situation. They refused to exchange the item as it was against 'health and safety regulations'. I hadn't tried these items on and explained this to them. Again they refused. I had another item which was also bought which did not suit the purpose for which I had bought it, and they then refused to give me the refund in cash! If they bothered to look at the receipt they would have realized it was the last thing bought and therefore would have been with the extra $30 cash and not the voucher. Please note* it is illegal to not give a refund in cash, if the item was paid for with cash.
I was so rushed by the employee that I had no other option than to take a store credit. Upon returning to Kmart a month or so later, I realized I still had the store credit that needed to be used, as I did not want to have money 'trapped' in a store credit that would eventually expire. After selecting the items that I wanted to purchase, the total was $20. The same person was working the cash register, who had previously refused to give me cash (I don't forget faces). She told me that I would have to use up all of the store credit at once. She then stood there staring at me and giving me no other option than to buy other products that I had no need for. When will Kmart realize that its about service for the customers and keeping them happy. Other large stores will try and offer some alternative however you have not followed suit. I will no longer be a consumer of your products. Bad service & one too many bad experiences.

Overall a good experience as I picked up some good bargains which were even cheaper at the checkout when a further discount applied. However the two checkout operators were extremely slow because the item bar-codes could not be scanned with the hand held scanner.

great range of products,some of the items are to expensive,sale items are great value for money.some staff are great others just want to get you served and out the door.there lay-by is not to bad compared to others.i love there cheap clothing and toys.
