They actually check for the stock while your on the phone and place stock on hold with your name on it.
Then when you go to lay-by to collect they make sure they get the correct name and stock.
Very friendly staff and you feel like you actually matter

Kmart still needs to improve on what brands they bring into the store and possibly might get more customers. I think the only thing its good for is finding cheap products that you know will need replacing in a year or less.

Ok, however when I asked if they had product in another size, i was told flat NO. Then I saw a mountain on the product, including every size in the next aisle....

My experience at Kmart is as expected. The service is okay. It has a great range of products, which is something that’s important to me as a customer - especially when I'm looking for something at the last minute.
