So easy to shop at and great customer service. Was helped so much with finding small object on my christmass list. All prices were very cheap and the quality was great.

My recent experience shopping at this store was completely different from the past when I used to feel that customers were viewed more as potential thieves than as people who might want to hand over cash. I do realise that shop lifting is a major problem for retail outlets but I am certain it is possible to conduct discrete surveillance, and smile. For years a long trip to Horsham seemed that much less worthwhile, because my experiences were negative, but now I feel encouraged to patronise this store.
I was greeted pleasantly as I walked in and this was the tone in the rest of the store with helpful and polite staff. My experience was further enhanced by the clear open layout where I found some inexpensive good quality items I purchased. The cashier too was very nice. I hope they maintain this excellent standard of retail service.
