Kmart Campbelltown provides very good service and the staff are welcome to help you with anything you need, very friendly. Staff friendliness is one of the most important things a business is good to have to be able to deal with and serve customers efficiently and for repeat service. The cost of items in Kmart are better than most which I absolutely like. The service when refunding is good not like other stores who make you feel so bad about returning items.

Everytime i go into Kmart they treat me and my friends with respect. Once i had trouble finding a certain prodict and they really helped me find it . They treat all customers with respect and they always have the products i need.

Kmart has most brands a lot cheaper than most stores. I usually always find what i want there when other shops don't have it or have it at a lot dearer price

Products are always out of stock. The item you are after never seem to be available. A certain item I wanted has been out of stock for 2 months and instead of waiting for it to be restocked I bought it somewhere else. Staff help begrudgingly or not at all due to customer service not being a priority. Sale stock in catalogues are usually old stock of which most stores are out of stock when you want it.
