Kmart needs to know that some of their staff didn't do the good job & upset the customers by no people skill, unrespectful, unprofessional.

My son's friend he works for Coles suppermarket. he told my son that the people where he works said that there were a lot of theft people who from Asia!!! It is very good for the staff to all business can prevent the theft. But theft is every where and can be everyone. not just the people from Asia!!! So the staffs have to be very professional.
By the experience today about myself got trouble from Brenton, retailer at Kmart Kotara. I just think that maybe Brenton did discrimination me who from Asia??? If so that was so wrong and he did against the rules! Nothing worst than someone thought that you was a theft while you was not. Brenton destroyed my day off and I was still very upset. Brenton really needs to have a big lesson to growing up and pay more respect to himself and respect others. I hope Kmart his employer will be smart and know that what they need to do with Brenton. Thank you.

About the incident at Kmart Kotara store yesterday. I sent to complaint to Kmart company. They have replied me quick, but Kmart asked me to re send the message of the complaint. I just re sent it to kmart through my email address. I told them that incident has been stopped me to go back to Kmart for shopping until they can deal with that problem and give me the confident back that I can trust Kmart company and trust Kmart staffs again.

About the incident at Kmart Kotara on Monday 07 May 2015. Kmart staff involved Brenton.
Today Jason the manager of Kmart Kotara store rang me and he says apologize to me. I said that I accepted his apologize but Brenton really needs to learn to growing up and he must learn to respect himself and respect others especially the customers.
I give Brenton a chance to learn from his big mistake. I hope that inside him Brenton is a good person.
I am also thankful and respect the manager Jason about his professional of management.
I hope Kmart will have more people like Jason and have less staff like Brenton.
