This nice little seafood cafe often mistakenly is called a fish & chip shop. Though of course you can pop in for your takeaway fish and chips. In price, quality and service it fits into the cafe pricing well.

The seafood platter is pretty good value for money for a meal for two people without being anything overly fancy.

I have only been here a couple of times, unfortunately the service has never encouraged me back with any great enthusiasm.
The food is good, I have always enjoyed my order, but tend to end up getting served by people who have very little idea what is going on. On two occasions I placed my order, was told how long till it would be ready, sat down to wait, and then when I went back to collect my order was told "oh, sorry, we don't have any more of the fish you ordered, what would you like instead?" I get running out of fish, really I do. It's annoying for me, but it happens. What I had an issue with was that the staff member didn't know at the point of sale to make sure I would have what I wanted.

I had some errands to do in the area and afterwards decided to have dinner at this place as I was too lazy to go home and cook. I ordered a fish burger with chips - you can choose your choice of salt for the chips (chicken salt, normal salt or no salt). I just wish they have the option of changing the chip to salad. Serving size was big, and tastes good. I didn't have to wait too long (10mins), and there is self serve water available. Good experience overall, although I think their prices is slightly high (considering rent in that area should not be high).

The fish and chips from this shop are well presented with a salad of your choice and chips. It is nice to have a take away from here now and then. The wait for food can be a little long at times and it is expensive as well.

the food here is yummy but the staff are very young but are willing to learn so i give them a break and sometimes the food takes a while to be served but well that not so bad just give them a go and you will like them and they do have chats but not often

Excellent food but the service is not great. Very slow... meals take a long time to come out. Lots of young staff working who don't really seem to care too much about being friendly. It would be nice to get to know the owners - see some regular faces. The fantastic food is really the only reason we keep going back, despite the average service.

A bit more refined that most fish and chip stores, and the food is generally very good. But I have had good and bad from this store. It can be very busy on a Friday / Saturday night and I remember waiting over 30 minutes on takeaway one night. Can be a very nice sit down meal for the whole family when the service is right, but look out for the missing calamari rings I ordered if you go there. Not sure I would ever bother if I didn't use the video store in the same shopping complex.

It's very hit and miss for me, as I've had good and bad experiences here, around the corner from my mums is convenient.
