I've been using these guys for a while now, excellent service. Responsive, easy. I want a really low minimum monthly spend, and decent data rates, they have the best plan.

Quality is not bad - however inside WW at Rockdale the network dies - there is no coverage. Good service but only if you prefer online contact as there are no shops therefore the savings - Overall no bad

Queries were answered and sorted within 12 to 24 hours. Such great service was always consistent plus their prepaid mobile credit is super affordable in comparison to other providers.

My husband and I have the same plan with Kiss. It's great because you don't have to use it within a set time. Excellent - used to be with Virgin but doesn't compare.

They seem to genuinely aim to give the best service at the cheapest rates while still keeping the business in Australia. They have been straight-up and very helpful. Their customer service is prompt and competent. I really like to back an Australian-owned competitor in the mobile phone carrier market.
