The owners are lovely but have given their young staff free reign with the running of the business. Unfortunately the young ladies that have been with the business for quite a while are rude and lack customer service. Maybe the owners don’t require good customer service from their staff, as these young ladies have been quite brusque in front of the male owner?? I have now taken my money to another news agency that offers great service.

Our local newsagent where just about anything can be done ! Always helpful especially with difficult things too post or how to post them in a better way. A happy bunch of staff who are friendly and warm to all their customers. We even have an account with them so can just pay at the end of each month.

All the staff are very friendly. Open about 12 hours a day, till 6.30pm. Great range of cards, magazines, stationery and some novelty items. Has post office agency and PO box service. Also agent for dry cleaning service. Very handy conveniently located in Kingsley shopping centre, Kingsley drive.
