I have been here several times and have always had good service. Most recently I was looked after by Jax who had great product knowledge and fixed a problem with my phone that another store couldn't resolve.

Unless you want to waste your time waiting for nothing, I strongly suggest to go elsewhere...
FYI - If you (business owner) are going to put the responsibility of opening your store & running your business for the day onto any staff member (directly a 16yo staff member), I would strongly suggest further Customer Service Training for your staff member.....

Upon opening of your store, we along with 3 other customers patiently waited in line whilst your staff member worked on the laptop of the 1st customer that was waiting in line upon opening....the 1st customer had an issue with his laptop that had not been fixed propery the 1st time round.

After waiting 15min along with two other customers waiting in line for any type of acknowledgment by your one staff member, my husband asked the customer behind us if he was waiting on a tech issue or if he wanted to just purchase something, the customer then replied he was just there to pick up his laptop & he would be on his way! (Said loud enough for all to hear) unfortunately, This still did not trigger any acknowledgment from your staff member who was more focused upon the working on the 1st customers laptop.

So with the frustration building after waiting further & with the lack of customer service, the 3rd customer actually walked out of your store (business lost, right there) my husband politely asked if your staff member would be too much longer to service us and firstly the customer behind us as he was just there to just collect his laptop.... which was only then your staff member acknowledged the other customer and gave him his laptop that was ready & waiting (job done!, service completed) we then advised your staff member what we thought was the issue with our laptop (breakage of pin inside charger hole & asked if he had the tools to possibly remove the broken pin stuck inside) & asked if we could leave our laptop with him (as he looked like he might be a little while with said 1st customer) he advised to come back in half an hour, so we left our contact numbers with him to call us if he got to look at it earlier then said half hour. (No ticket option given? As per your supposed store policy???)

Upon our return (30min later) the inital customer was still at the counter in which we asked if he managed to look at our laptop, staff member advised "no not yet".... and would probably be another 30min... we then advised we would hang around the shops & further shop whilst waiting... (still no ticket or booking offered by staff member).

We then returned approx 45min later to still find the initial customer still standing at the counter as he was still working on his laptop.

Again, we politely asked if he had a chance too look at the laptop & he said no as he was busy with the inital customers issue as well as another laptop that was next to him.

This is when we became a little frustrated as im sure you could agree was warranted. Afterall if we were advised that the job was to be booked in & we would have to wait until whenever he got around to it, then we would have choosen to walk away on our initial arrival & go elsewhere, . but your staff member advised the possibility of it being looked at & then not following through.

AGREE 100% That all people need to be respected as we did from the beginning with your Staff member but this goes both ways as Staff need to respect the Customer & be honest with their capabilities! And now for you to turn around and advise this is not how your stores terms are... , I suggest staff needs to be trained to uphold your said terms.
