Worst service worst coffee Ive had in a long time !!!!
This is why, Firstly I stood at the counter and was ignored by the guy I was waiting to be served by he was standing right in front of me behind the till of and made no eye contact what so ever until I said hello. I ordered an almond 1/4 strength cappuccino along with a skinny late ...my almond was awful it tasted like watery cheap almond milk with no coffee in it at all. The skinny late was bitter and muddy,
I mentioned this experience to my friends and they said they also felt invisible when they went To the very same cafe..
I hope cafe owners that you might read this and then hopefully you’ll put some training in place for you and your staff as Geelong is pretty competitive when it comes to service and quality.
