If you are ordering for a delivery interstate, don't.... this company didn't even advise the delivery quote they provided (after asking for my full address) was to the depot only which was 40 mins away from my home. With no suitable vehicle to collect the bed I was left to pay the courier another $100 to deliver to our address. Trying to resolve the issue over the phone was impossible, they just would not listen and talked over me the whole time. Even the depot were surprised how bad their customer service was. Their email communication was totally unclear and very misleading, I would never order from them again.
