I always get the Grilled Taster Boxes now that they are available and they workers are very polite and nice to the customers. The food has gotten less fatty since 6 months ago.
The quality and value of KFC is the same at any of their stores however Newcastle brings a new low to service, almost every time i go there my order gets stuffed up. The last time i went my friend ordered an all stars box and was given an ultimate burger meal and the time before that i ordered a zinger burger and was given an original fillet burger (i only knew the difference as i said to a friend i thought these would be hotter and he said they are) it wasn't till i tried a bit of his chicken patty that i realized so i went up to the counter and told them what had happened and the person who served me simply replied NO I DIDN'T I GAVE YOU A ZINGER BURGER. Must i continue and explain the time before that?
I agree.
We went there a few years ago, and there was a mass line up. We had a limited time frame, to go back to the civic theatre. I ended up advancing the queue &b telling the young girl to go tell the manageress to get off her fat butt (in her office) and start serving.
the service has been improved over the receent times.
the food seems to be improving with its freshness & quality.
although sometimes the service can be way off mark.
