Friendly staff.nice clean shop.ordered my food and was told by the young lady that they had a pack similar to what i had ordered for a cheaper price..i thought that was real thoughtful of her and thanked her and ordered what she suggested.enjoyed my meal ,was very hot and fresh.

Service was great, staff very friendly and restaurant quite neat and tidy however chicken was quite dry and when mentioned to staff, they were happy to replace it however the new piece was just as dry.

Of all the KFC franchises in my local area, the Minto store is by far superior. I have always found the staff consistently enthusiastic and friendly on drive-thru and counter service and the products are freshly prepared in a speedy manner. Have never been disappointed with a purchase here and recommend the Family Burger Box for good value for money.

Several times that I've bought the twister lately, the twister is drowned in the mayo & it taste gross.
