great for using your shopping docket coupons to save on deals. they don't focus too much on the appearance as I've noticed on a few occasions the tables aren't cleared and wiped down too often

KFC was not like before, it has gone down. The chicken tastes like it has been frozen for a long time and the meat is dry. The chips are soggy. Such a disappointment. But the gravy and potato was ok

I bought a twister combo and 3 wicked wings up sized. Service was quick received food in about a minute.
The food and service was great!! best chicken ever made strips and wings were very tasty and hot. Staff made me feel welcome. Will definitely eat there again!! Restaurant very clean!!

Worst KFC in Melbourne. The place is depressing. the food still tasted great as always but the staff looked untidy, unmotivated and the store was messy with wrappers on tables and dirty floors.

The service given by the shift manager was terrible, she was moody & rude towards staff in view of customers and towards customers also. All of the fries were only half filled.
