Went there today 17 th of April got zinger box food was cold now straw or spoon or serviette . Very poor service won't go ttg here again if that how the service is now.

I always tend to think KFC is way over priced for a take-away store and golden grove seems to be always really busy, but the food is usually pretty nice

Tasty and popular food options, however not many choices for vegetarians and the line is often very large. I believe more staff is needed. Very friendly nontheless. And you gotta love popcorn chicken :p

I love KFC Golden Grove!
The staff are always friendly and helpful and I've never seen any of them without a smile on their face.
They are a little slow but better than some other KFC's I have been to such as Port Adelaide.
I always get the correct order.

so the service here is extremely slow. however the quality of food is up to standards. staff could use a little motivation in their work practice. its an ok place to eat if you're craving chicken.

I find KFC to be exceptionally expensive for what it is. I have never received the correct order from this particular KFC- there is always something missing! Last time the chicken was very greasy and the chips were cold.

The food is about average for KFC, but the service is very slow. If you go there as a group, the first (or even second) person served will finish before the last one is served. If you wait for the rest, the food goes cold.
If they picked up the speed, they would be a lot better.

I only go there if we are out as a group.
