The chips were bland, like they had forgotten to salt them. They overcharged, and also forgot to put a chicken burger in our order. Some of the chicken pieces were very dry, not moist or tender the way it should be. Plus, the time you have to wait for your food is unacceptable.

Every time I go to KFC the line is huge and when you do manage to get your order in u wait for ages and then they stuff up the order so u have to wait longer for them to fix it up

On a friday night, you would expect all registers to be opened and working. the drive through was out onto the road and two cashiers were working, one of which was a trainee. the queue for service was out the door. Perhaps better rostering would improve the service turn around time

one of the staff scratch and adjusted his long hair over the chicken. Then the manager threw out all the food and told the staff member to go and tie his hair back and wear a net that he should of had on in the beginning. Then the manager sliped on the floor because she was rushing to get more food up.
