This place is a hit and miss, some night the staff are efficient and friendly but mostly they take forever to sever you, food is never ready and you have to wait, and then they get the order wrong!

we stood and waited for 15 minutes in a line of 6 people, we were only 2nd in line - when we were actually served the staff member who served us was not listening and messed up the order, which we then had to correct, get a refund and wait while they fixed the food. We arrived home and opened all the bags to find that they had not just left out the chicken nuggets (the only thing my daughter eats from there, so she went hungry) and the dessert. We called to let them know and they weren't too bothered by it and said they would send us out a voucher in the mail or we could come back straight away (in peak hour traffic) and pick them up. Obviously, being blind, and having taken a taxi to get there, we were not about to get another taxi to go and pick up the items they left out. They posted a voucher out in the mail, but it was only for the chicken nuggets, we obviously don't get our desserts at all. we usually really enjoy KFC, but we would never enter that particular store again.
