I don't even know where to begin with this appalling experience. First - do not waste your money!. I went to the "award winning day spa" in Nedlands a month ago, after recieving a very expensive voucher as a 40th birthday gift. To keep it brief, the therapist was poorly skilled, and way to personal, to the point of talking to me while I was "using the toilet" even my own husband doesn't do this at home!. No ambience, hard sell on products, after you wash your own face to get the products off. Then to really finish my experience. I took the time to email a very polite and constructive letter to the owner about my experience, which was promised a reply in 2 days. We then had to follow her up 2 weeks later, because she was "busy". She had not even spoken to the therapist. She had offered extra token services with my remaining voucher, which I did not want, because I would never want to go there again. In the end, after a month of us following her up, it ended with NOT our money back as we requested ($500 plus) or the same services offered, but the remaining amount on the voucher, given in products, thrown into a postage bag and posted to me. I understand that sometime things can go wrong, but I gave them the chance to change my view, but in the end, Keturah Day Spa, have just made it unforgiveable.

Can't fault it! No wonder they won all those awards. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience that I would like to repeat and can easily recommend. Guys, they do gift vouchers!!! Spoil someone, you'll score a tonne of points.

i got a gift card for this spa as my anniversary gift. wow what a wonderful experience i had/ ever since i became a regular visitor. never forget the service of the people there. highly recommends

OMG !!! thank you thank you thank you!!! from the moment i walked into the reception area i could feel myself starting to relax...soft music, beautiful aromas - not too overbearing and lovely softly spoken assistants. i was pampered from head to toe thanks to a gift voucher from my sisters for my 40th. best pressie ever!!!

If you ever need to spoil the wife, then look no futher than here. With gift vouchers for all thinkg she will love it and love you for it, you just cant go wrong.
