I have really enjoyed my experience with Keshett Jewellery. I am ian nterstate customer, and have been shopping there for jewellery every since I bought my engagement ring there 3 years ago. Even living in Sydney, they make doing business with them so easy. We are constantly communicating via email or phone whenever I see a a piece of interest on their website.
I bought my engagement ring from Paula who is the owner, but have had great experiences with their other staff too who I have found to be helpful and efficient.
I'm always getting compliments about my pieces which people have found to be unique and interesting. Bonus!
I had my wedding band resized, and a diamond reset on my engagement ring. There were no complications involved and I was happy with the end result. Each time I visit the store they always ask to clean my ring, which is great as I get to leave the store sparkling.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring there and its absolutely divine. The most beautiful ring I've ever seen without a doubt. The only thing that erked me about them was that when I took it in to be resized, they tried to make me pay $85 to have it taken down 1 size! Fiancé came back with me and explained that he was told it would be a free service and they agreed to do it for free. But then when I went to the city to pick it up on the day that they had told me it would be ready, they told me it hadn't been done yet (I had left my phone number but they hadn't called me to tell me it was late) so that was annoying. But I got it back the next day and its gorgeous. The most beautiful jewelery in Melbourne but they could do with better customer service.
