I had a very poor experience dealing with this salon. The actual beauty service was fine but the customer service is atrocious. The first time I attended I was left waiting about 30 minutes because the lady forgot I was there, even after I asked one of the staff to remind her. I tried to make a second appointment but it seems the owner does not care to answer the phone - I called 5 times and left 3 messages to try to make an appointment, and she only called back after the third message when I started sounding stroppy. She then got stroppy back at me and told me I should have made a booking on the webpage or on Facebook, but I go there and there is no online booking system...so how am I meant to make an appointment?? I found this experience quite bizarre and will find another salon.
