I've relied upon Kennedys Spare Parts (& used to be service as well) for more than 20 years for reliable advice, parts and service when my whitegoods have broken. They've always sold me the correct part & many simple replacements I've done myself.
I've even used their advice to have family in Brisbane help our Mum fix her washing machine & dryer.

I burnt my Sunbeam chopper and went back to H Norman to get a replacement ,they were very unhelpful ,I tried on the net and they said Sunbeam had made a dozen models and didnt bother with the spares.Kenedys said they would try but not only did I get the bowl but all the bits included for half of what the internet sharks quoted me

Phoned up Kennedys when I needed to replace some elements in my stove and oven, within 5 minutes the guy had found the correct parts and put them aside for me to pick up the next day. Very impressed with the speed of service and easy to deal with!

I have called this business twice now for repairs. Once for my washer and once for my dryer. On both occasions the service was prompt and friendly. They always seem to have the parts needed to fix the models they service in stock.

Recently needed my wall oven and bench top stove fixed. Although I had to wait for a few parts to turn up, when they did, the work was done promptly,effeciently an the follow up service was excellent. I have dealt with Kennedy's for 30+years. The staff and tradesmen are friendly, courteous and honest.
