Had to put up with the individual making false sweeping statements when dealing with us. Including phoning a rental .client and going off like a ... and not listening to a rational honest answer and accepting in. So please if you have too deal with them. Do not take their non sensical nonsense as clients and report them to the real estate authority.. Use their service at your peril. Noted they got off bullying a client once on their books.

Worst estate agent I ever dealt with. Absolute nightmare at every step. I had to file a FairTrading dispute. Avoid at all cost.

Had to inspect property in pitch dark with only phone light.
Claimed the property has gas when there is only electricity.
Said the phone line is fine, but the cable was damaged, so no broadband.
They calculate rent as it suits them against terms of the lease.
I could go on.

I've rented from them years back.

quality service, value, nothing really stood out.
Wasn't exactly happy with them. I don't think I'll be taking my business to them in the future.
