Terrible customer service! I rang 6th April after the lighting upgrade program had closed down temporarily due to COVID19 on April 1st. Was told Keemin staff could still come to my home and upgrade my lights, and the lady Leanne asked me to take as many photos as I could and describe what needed replacing as thoroughly as I could given it was best staff didn't come to check themselves if at all possible due to distancing guidelines, and just came to do the job. I understood, and thankful at the opportunity to still have my lights upgraded because I have so many in a huge double storey home, I spent days taking photos of lights and bulbs and wrote a huge email outlining it all, carefully breaking it into sections so it was clear and easy to understand. Sent 7 emails with photo attachments, only to get immediate response program is closed and they can contact me in future when opened again...??!! And at which time none of the companies accredited to do this would need my email or photos then as it's best they come to your home to see for themselves - so all that time and effort was a total waste! I responded explaining what I'd been told just few days earlier and so was expecting them to come now as promised so was surprised to hear that, then asked a couple of questions re the info they'd given me - like do I have to pay to replace the whole fitting for downlights as they'd written to me or can I just get the free bulb and it'll still work even if not giving me the best possible light energy savings. But all I got was an abrupt one sentence response that just said sorry we can't assist you, with no explanation as to why they couldn't even answer my 2 very simple questions??!! This company wasted all my time with those photos and email giving me incorrect information when I called, raised my expectations that they were definitely coming only to then disappoint me, then can't even answer 2 simple questions. I'll be getting a different company when this lighting upgrade program does restart as the staff at Keemin are rude and incompetent and my review is to warn others so you don't have the time wasting disappointing experience I did - just go elsewhere for your electrical needs.

I rang them on a Saturday, when many businesses wont even answer their phone let alone do anything for you. But they took all the details, told me exactly what to do to get the job underway, so service was good and convenient
