1 review about Katoomba Vintage Emporium

On our honeymoon and looking for that something special we came across the Katoomba Vintage Emporium.

There were some interesting items in the window so we went in for a closer look. Amongst what most I'd call junk was some very beautiful pieces of furniture, it was a shame that it wouldn't fit into our house or our budget as there was a sale on which made things a lot more tempting.

I did find that some smaller items which had a little of my interest where not priced, not wanting to inquire as the "Dealer" was trying the hard sell with another lady at the time we continued on.

Seen a lot of nice pieces of furniture but the cramped space and messy shop left a lot to be desired.

On our way out we were accosted by the gentleman running the place informing us that most things were up to 50% off and what wasn't could be negotiated. Well duh we had noticed all the signs. He seemed rather desperate for a sale which was some what off putting.

A little disappointing but it's worth a look through some junk to find a gem sometimes, sadly we didn't find one.
