If I could give zero stars I would. We have been regulars at this restaurant for a few months, however tonight at our table we killed 3 cockroaches and many more crawling over our table. We moved once, informed the waitress yet more arrived once we had moved. Then the waitress came over and killed one. We didn't make a fuss, then we went to leave and they insisted on charging us full price for our meal, and when we questioned this and their kitchen hygiene the waitress attempted to call the owner twice and commented pest control haven't turned up yet to deal with their cockroach issue. She said if the cockroaches had been in the ACTUAL dish we would have been offered a discount. She then insisted we pay for our meal, which we did. We will not return.

The food at Kantipur is delicious. Their tandoori meats have awesome flavour and the vindaloo has just the right amount of heat for my taste. Their aloo gobbi is nice too. The best naan bread I've ever had! Staff are always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place for eat in, take away and delivery. I've done all three and have never been disappointed.
Great food, great service, great prices! Great menu variety and plenty that the children will eat too.
Kantipur is pretty casual as you'd expect from a Nepalese / Indian Restaurant. The staff are very friendly. The food is good with the usual dishes. I particularly like the chicken tikka. It's always pretty busy but I've never had trouble getting a table.
Approximate cost: $12
