Our go to Greek restaurant! Service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Food is beautiful quality. We visited recently on a Saturday night, it was very busy (we booked ahead), and we received our meals quickly. Can’t fault this place.

My family and I ate at Kafenes on Friday night and what looked like a great restaurant from the outside, it was a bitter disappointment inside. The customer service was friendly, but there was only two people and they struggled. It took ages to get menus, ages for someone to come take our order and we did never receive the water that we asked for. The food took ages, and once we got it was over-priced and poor quality. I have had much better greek food, and I will not be bothering for Kafenes ever again.

Try this great Greek restaurant, but book to avoid disappointment. Servings are huge, we didn't even have room for dessert. We ordered the breads and dips for the table and for the four of us, it was a generous serving. The zucchini dumplings were very tasty. Our friends ordered the seafood platter and we ordered the mixed grill platter - each was listed for one person but with both dishes, we found one between was more than enough. there are numerous dishes you will want to try.
You won't regret.

I have dined at Kafenes on numerous occasions with friends and found the food was delicious especially the zucchini dumplings. The staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. If you love Greek food Kafenes is the place to go. I will certainly be going back again.
