When he arrived to provide a quote he came prepared with all his measuring tools as well as an Ipad which had samples of previous work he had done to show for examples. Neil conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner and had remarkable background knowledge of the materials best suited for our retaining wall. I was very pleased with the work done.
