This shop baring aside couple of tradies there is one particular guy who is absolutely rude, I recently purchased party Plastic containers and spoons on 15th March and he did not mentioned anything about good can’t be returned during purchase when I went back to return on 19th March as I had to cancel the party due to Pandemic and social distancing request by the PM.
He touched the viewed the products, kept it back and very arrogantly said there is no returns from 1st March and it is return on a price of paper stick on the bottom of the Till screen and expects customers to be responsible to read it and not make them aware of it.
The invoice clearly states customer can return within 7 days, now I understand if it was for hygiene reasons with regards to COVID-19 which I am assuming it would be as he did not gave any reasons then he could have said that politely, I would have walked away, worse this guy touch to review the items a total disregard to hygiene and verbally very rude.

More so over this guys just do not cares about the customer as he continues to sell expired food items, even after informing them multiple times.

I will next time take the video of the expired product and the behavior of this one particular rude person in the store.
