Had my hair cut there, talked to the person while I waited. It was for a trim & cut the split ends. Then when I went home, I found one side was shorter than the other. Went back the next day, and they fixed it. Prefer not to have to go back twice and get it done right the 1st time. Not always able to get the same person every time, so quality is not guaranteed.

Had my hair cut here once and it was pretty good - nothing overly amazing but definitely achieved what I wanted for a reasonably low price. Staff are nice and waiting time wasn't too bad either.

Great service and I had a nice haircut there- many compliments from friends! They moisturised my hair and layered it, simple yet improved my hair so much! It was very cheap too- only $30! The only con was the lady wasn't the friendliest..

Waiting times are reasonably short. There are many chairs as if to compensate for many customers at the same time but generally there are only 3 or 4 staff available.

Went here with my cousin as he is 7 and wanted to get his hair cut when we were out. Staff were friendly enough, it is does exactly what it says...just cuts. Would go back for another quick hair cut but prob not for something different.

Some good cutters here, but as with chain of this type, you need to get to know who is better at what, to suit your needs. Otherwise you could get an inexperienced cutter who may not suit you. I'd use them again, except I found the cutters generally a little timid with someone wanting big changes to their hair.
