Im a very genuine down to earth country lady, who took my friend to garden city to get a hair cut at Just Cuts less than a fortnight ago. (She is a very bright person but is too kind and can be vulnerable to the easy prey of certain people) She rang before we left and told the older lady called Venessa that she wanted her long hair cut to the collar line at the bottom of her neck. The hairdresser confirmed by pointing to the collar of the hairdressing cape. This poor girl came out devastated and too scared too go outside for a few days as Vennessa had straight away hacked into her hair from the back of her head n the front of the hair was cut right up in line with her nose. She said the lady didnt seem like she wanted to be there and said she worked in other salons around the area. I wasnt going to write anything but felt compelled to write my first negative review to stick up for her. I woudnt even give a 1 star rating.

I had my haircut and received great advice as to how to manage my hair. Not sure of the hairdresser's name (blonde lady) but I will be going back. Thank you so much!

they are very helpful and they listen to what you ask for and their prices are reasonable and they always seem happy to give you the best

I expected Just Cuts to know how to deliver a decent haircut. Instead they asked me (a customer who knows NOTHING about hair) how it should be cut. They offered little insight, imagination or erpertise on how it should look. As a result, I left with a very cheap looking haircut which looked worse than when I went in (no texture and a vey funny and clumpy looking fringe).

I won't be going back.
