I went into the store to buy a new skincare range and had heard great things about the brand. This took almost 1hr from entering the store and purchasing, I was sat down and blar blar blarred to for over 30mins. Then eventually recommended products which all together would have cost over $500 and not a quick and easy home routine like I suggested when first approached. I did purchase some of the products but wish I had have been listened to more closely and not wasted so much time there, now I have my products I'll be replenishing from anywhere else but there
