Consistently Terrible Service. Bought bag and voucher code bundle on Aug 26th from website as recommended by friend. Bag arrived quickly, however when trying to book the pickup the website was failing. For the next 3 days staff on the phone were unable to help, they could not redeem the voucher and kept promising callbacks from head office which never happened. Tried website again on the night of Wed 3rd Sept, and booking finally worked. Skip to wed the 10th Sept, the 5 business day period for pickup has passed and the bag still not collected, Rung Jumbobag twice and was told on both times "bag would be collected today" it wasn't. Rung yesterday and was told again that the "franchisee would be reminded" still no collection. Rung again today and told the operator that I didn't want a call back as none had been forthcoming from the previous 12+ calls, they then told me they could put me through directly and to leave a voicemail. I left a message on what seemed to be a personal mobile. Jumbobag were quick enough to take my money but are stumbling at actually delivering on the service I have paid them for. I have received no call backs in the past 2 weeks, and no responses to website contact forms I have sent either. I would avoid them like the plague, as it seems there is a very good reason why they are so much cheaper than getting a real skip bin...
