Terrible service. Arrived at 910pm and got turned away. Spoke to management who did not care that my friend and I drove 40mins. These guys advertise that they're open until 10. Awful service. Don't waste your time.

One of my favourite for Korean bbq, the selection is fresh and as other reviewers have mentioned, they are generous with the side dishes. The kimchi was very yummy and crunchy fresh as well. We were a bit embarrassed asking for top up a few times but they obliged and didn't say anything (or maybe they did but we just couldn't understand :P)

In term of value, IMHO it is not the best, with the quantity of meat provided and the price you pay is a bit much for my liking. Obviously you pay for the eating out experience etc as well.

Highly recommend this place, always busy especially dinners on the weekends. From my understanding they have 2 or 3 Jonga Jip restaurants in Eastwood at very close proximity to each other. I have been to two of them and I like the bigger one better next to the car park.

I've been to Jonga Jip a couple of times. The food is great and the service is okay. I went there with a group of friends (about 10 people) and we ordered the Korean BBQ and the noodles hotpot. The hotpot/soup can be quite spicy but overall, the food is delicious! You also get free extra side dishes. The food can be a bit pricey but you can always share when you go with a group of people.

I love Jonga Jip's Korean BBQ! They are getting popular over the years so you need to make a booking if you want to reserve a seating. It can get smokey inside however they opened the back up, where the BBQ is actually booked by charcoal - which is better than the grill I feel. They give 10 side dishes which is a lot compared to other places. Their meats are a bit more pricey than the rest, however the taste is just beautiful, especially on charcoal! They also opened another branch in Eastwood, opposite the train station, but I prefer the original branch better.
