I have avoided the dentist like the plague since an traumatising experience as a child.
I was forced to finally go after a number of days with bad tooth pain & no sleep, I did a little looking and am so glad I found these guys. I had Dr Heath Robertson at Unanderra who explained everything very clearly, was very gentle & has a wealth of interesting stories to share to take your mind off the job at hand.
I have now had 4 visits to repair all the issues I have had with my teeth over the past 35 years of neglect and am so glad I have finally sorted them all. Thank you Jones Dental, I think I am finally over my fear of dentists.

Had the 1st half of my deep clean a few weeks ago now! Overall the best dental experience I've ever had! Kudos to Dr. Jones and the entire staff, and especially Sally and Trudy who set my mind at ease from beginning to end (wouldn't mind having them complete the treatment process)!
I'm normally critical to the extreme about customer service, but absolutely 0 complaints here! I fully recommend Jones Dental Services to everyone!

AVOID!!
We were told when we made an appointment at Jones Dental Unanderra that they were a provider for our Medibank health fund and at the end of the appointment we were then told that they in fact were not and charged us $347! We told reception at the time what we had been told and they knew nothing about it so we paid the bill thinking it would be handled professionally afterwards.
Oh no!
When I phoned to complain about the misleading information we were given, I was told to talk to the practice manager who wasn't available until the following week.
On speaking to the practice manager the following week I was told that the complaint will have to be reviewed at the partners' meeting in another fortnight. Having waited patiently I was told 3 weeks later they would not do anything at all even when I proposed paying half despite not being our fault.
BAD BAD customer service. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this was a disgrace. People pay enough money into private health care without having to pay double by being misled. Please be warned.

This Dental team is rather expensive however it is what you pay for. It has good service and excellent quality. I do not mind paying more as the Jones Dental team provide and excellent service which makes me feel comfortable. So overall pay for what you get, I would recommend this Dental team to anyone.

Usually im quite frightened to go to the dentist.But Jones and Associates team in Figtree made me feel very comfortable.I would recommend this dentist to anyone,although they are quite busy so you must book in advance.They always send me reminders when im due for my next visit.
