My car recently got rear ended and the person who ran into me was covered by Allianz and Jock & Jeff were the preferred repairers. I told them that my car had to be out by the weekend as I needed it and they were very accommodating and ensured that I had my car back in time. Not only did they do a great job with the repairs but the al washed the outside of my car and vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car and made it smell all nice and clean. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given!

I had my first smash and the policy had right of choice for the repairer. A collegue recommended Jock and Jeffs as they had a good reputation. I had a substantial repair carried which involved replacing all of the front control arms and wheel assembly as well as the front guard and bumper. Chris went over the whole repair and made sure that we were happy with the result. We did have one little hiccup but they were onto it stright away and had the blemish fixed. We have been driving the vehicle for some time and have had no problem with the repairs carried out. We have had a couple of minor issues looked at with other cars and at all times they have helped us out with really compettive prices and then repairs and have never given us the impression that they were trying to milk us. We are in the process of getting some other work done and we have chosen to go back to them as we know we can trust them to do a great job and back up their workmanship. Totally recommend them.

I had my car (Commodore VX II S) here to repair a damaged front quarter panel and steering. The repairer was chosen by my insurance company (Allianz). I dealt with Chris (the manager) who was outstanding. My first contact with them was a phone call confirming my car had been delivered and I was given an estimated completion day of Friday. They completed a day early and rang to notify me, but noted they were waiting for a replacement wheel (which arrived as I arrived to inspect the car). The repair was great; Colours matched, the panels aligned neatly (more on this later) and the steering felt good. Chris had arranged for my spare wheel to be used while waiting for my new wheel to be fitted with a tyre. He further supplied me with a "spare" spare wheel in case I ran into trouble. It turns out my stereo was also damaged in the crash, a fact I noticed upon picking up the car. Chris helped me check the fuses and wiring to ensure everything was as it should be even though this wasn't his purview and it was late on a Friday afternoon. They called me in upon the wheel being fitted with a tyre and put it on the car. I pointed out a panel had slipped out of alignment since I took the car. Chris identified the problem, removed the panel and supplied a fix (the issue wasn't with the repair, but with a previous poor repair by a separate repairer) and showed me the work. At all times with my interactions with Chris, he helpful and spent the time to make sure everything was as it should be. I must admit I was nervous about the repair as a result of previous feedback on the site, but I must say my experience was nothing short of brilliant. The staff were polite and welcoming. Chris was outstanding and the work was great as previously noted. I cannot recommend this repairer highly enough.

Over the last year we have used Jock and Jeffs on 4 separate occasions. We have always had fantastic service from everyone there. They have always communicated to us what is happening with our car and we could not fault any of the work thats been done. I would recommend them no problems.

Twice I've had to deal with them and twice it was a complete disappointment. The first time was the front passenger door needed to be repaired after a truck reversed into it and after I picked it up the window doesn't wind up properly. The second time I am just livid! I just picked up my car last week after they had my car for 7 weeks! When I was calling about the progress there was so many miscommunications between their staff that they said my partner and I should have called them for the quote number which had done a fortnight prior. When the car was finally ready to be picked up and drove off my partner noticed that the indicators and hazards did not work. Then the new cd player that was replaced all of a sudden dropped out and would only work when turning left. When I explained this to the them their response was quite rude. I now have to drop my car back off and will be without a car for God knows how long....again.
