Warning : Horrible service.

The company seemed interested in getting tax payer's money for services that were never rendered. The service given leans towards abusive - pressured communication, shouting, slamming of phone.

The company is supposed to help job seekers, to provide training for resume writing, interview skills and to mentor us so as to obtain employment. What I see is pure pressure without any reasoning.

Appointments were arranged even though notification of absence was given. Interview with prospective employers was provided, coupled with job offer was also given to them. However, they force my daughter to do Work for the Dole for the entire 25 hours without any consideration of her having obtained a job.

Request for transfer to another job provider with signed acceptance was arrogantly rejected which clearly indicates the abusive nature of the running of the company.

I choose to give zero star but WOMO's rating does not allow for it.
