I went to Joanne's for a cut, colour & blow wave as I had an event later that day. The salon looks fantastic, very trendy and professional. The staff were punctual, and my appointment started (pretty much) on time, which was an unexpected bonus. The hairdressor asked me lots of questions in regards to what I was after. I was impressed and muddled through what I had been thinking. Unfortunately, the colour seems a fair bit darker than requested, the cut wasn't much (I think she didn't understand what I was after, but didn't clarify). Unfortunately my blow wave and curls only lasted until an hour or 2 due to the humidity, so my hair for my big night out was just pulled back like most other days. All in all, very happy with the service, and prices are very reasonable. Just a bit of a shame that I didn't get to make the most of anything that I paid for :)

I got a voucher to go here for mothers day,i am not one bit dissapointed!!!! Everyone should go here. New owners.. fast waxing, cheep, beautiful treatments and skin care range, better than it used to be.(not daggy and old fashiond)Glad i got the voucher.The best experiance in a long time.10/10 for service and price.
