This review is long overdue and I'm not one to normally write a review but I had to share my experience from Koby. I've never been a fan of getting my hair cut or anything done to it from repeated bad experiences so I only go when I really need to. I've been wanting to get my hair coloured for a while but had never coloured it until a month or so ago. After some research of good places to get my hair coloured I stumbled across Koby and all these reviews from his client. After reading all these positive reviews I made an appointment to get my hair coloured. Being nervous as usual with someone handling my hair I wasn't sure what to expect from this. However, the service delivered from Koby was exceptional, which is rare for me to say after all the experiences I have had with hairdressers. Koby took the time to explain everything to me and the whole process making me less nervous. The experience and service Koby offered is rare to find. From the consultation to the end process he took the time to ensure that I was happy throughout the whole process which is rare to find in any other salon. He also managed to fix my hair cut which I had gotten recently which I was really displeased and upset about. I've received heaps of compliments about my new coloured hair and I've been happy with it since. I will definitely be going back to Koby to get my hair done again soon which is also rare for me to stick to one hairdresser and wanting to get my hair done. So finally, thank you Koby for the amazing job and the service you provided!!! I would definitely recommend mend him to others.

I went to them after wanting to find a new hairdresser and after reading these reviews I thought why not. I hate to say this but my hair was ruined. It was cut extremely shorter than I asked. Moreover I requested an ombre look and supplied photos of what I wanted and ending up with platinum blonde streaks with the most obvious lines near my roots where the foils started. The cut of the hair was done so roughly (only taking a few minutes) and was also blunt, choppy and very unflattering. The blow dry was also so rough. I have had friends and family shocked at the state of my hair and am going to a new hairdresser tomorrow in an attempt to fix this mess asap. I was also put in an extremely uncomfortable position where I was asked how much I wanted to pay, and when I asked in response whether they had set prices, they said yes but continued to ask how much I wanted to pay. They then quoted a price which was significantly higher than what I had paid for at some of the top salons in Melbourne. I have honestly never written a bad review on anything in my life and am usually so accepting of any hair style I receive but this is an isolated incident. Yes they were kind and inviting, but the results they had given me are devastating.

Just had my hair coloured and cut and I cant speak highly enough of Koby. He is a great hairdresser and is very easy going. I am very very happy with the colour and the cut and its great to feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be going back again and again.

I had my hair cut and colored here last week. I am happy with the extraordinary service and the result. Koby is professional, easy going and considerate..the friendly service is hard to find elsewhere. Price is also very reasonable. I will defiantly recommend him to my friends.

Koby did my hair for the first time last weekend. He did a brilliant job. Listened to what I wanted and yet was able to also provide advice. Colour turned out fantastic and love the cut. Like some of the other reviewers I think when you've been at a hairdresser for a long time they get complacent and don't listen to what you want. I went to Koby for a haircut yesterday after reading the reviews on this website. I'm really happy with the quality and style of the haircut, not to mention the great price. Everyone in my family loved my haircut and after seeing my haircut, my sister made an appointment for a haircut with Koby later that day. She was really happy with the haircut Koby gave her and said that he really listened to watch she wanted. It was a good experience for me as Koby makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to about what you want and your hair concerns. I will definitely recommend Koby to family and friends.
