I was visiting Sydney to spend time with my daughter who has recently moved there. After spending a couple of hours in the nearby park we went here for dinner.

The spring rolls we started with were delicious although as they had mushrooms in them I had to pick those out of my daughters. For mains she had fried rice and I had a fish soup which was full of flavour, lots of mackerel and was delicious.

The service was great and it was reasonably priced although it looks like lunchtime would be the cheaper time to go. It wasn't very busy but it seems like it is a popular choice in the area.

Approximate cost: $20

I love this place and have been here many times. It is family run and when I first came here, the waiter really frightened me with her gruffness. But the food was so wonderful and such great value that we went back.
