This is a franchise, don't have their business card (will have to get it next week!) but one of them is named Felicity. They do my front lawn beautifully, usually when they come to do the neighbours. Have often seen them next door and asked if they had time to do mine as well - have always been happy to do so. Only a small area, but still charge cheaply compared to other companies - only about $12. Highly recommend.
