I was over charged / Jim’s website says $325 Chris charges me $550 cash , wouldn’t give receipt and stated he wanted to keep it off the books.
He did not offer any additional services to warrant extra charge.
His family loitering in a mobile home in the street hurrying him up to go away for long weekend , I feel rushed and pressured .he did a sub par job, missed seat tracks, inside window switches, didn’t clean roof lining.. said it wasn’t part of full detail . Rubber trims full of dust , door jamb/ hinges dirty , no trim restoration , left swirl marks dirty under hearth side trims , didn’t clean bottom exterior corners of windscreen, etc etc I can go on! He took the paint off my wheels and stated he would return on the Sunday two weeks 11/23 to spray and fix. I said ok. I had also txt and stated I wasn’t happy with the job and I had been overcharged as per website . He made excuses and offered a free coating. On the morning he was due to come he stated fixing the damage he’d done on the rims was out of his scope of practice and he wouldn’t be doing it. I immediately requested a full refund to which I was ignored . No reply no communication no nothing.
Do not use Chris from cranbourne Jim’s car detailing . I am taking this matter further ..

Ravi did an AMAZING job on my car! It was filthy having sat in my driveway unused for months (we’re talking moss growing in the window sills and a spider web inside the car kinda stuff) and he made it look brand new. He was professional, friendly and willing to come and do the job even though I was outside his usual area due to autofill putting the incorrect suburb in.

Was bullied and intimated by their subcontractor. Rang to complain. They did nothing. Rang again. Told they have no responsibility. Not their problem etc. Would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

AMAZING! Steve did an incredible job detailing my new car. He contacted me within 1/2 hr of my online request then messaged me to let me know he was running 15 mins late. It was so convenient having him come to me & spent 2 1/2 hrs working on my car. It is gleaming! I highly recommend Jims Car Detailing!!!

From start to finish this company was fabulous. I was contacted within 5 minutes of my inquiry. The car's black interior was covered in long white dog hairs and the exterior had been eaten into by bird droppings. After two and a half hours on a 33 degree day, the car looked new. I could not be happier with the results.
