Absolute shocker. Product knowledge poor, kept part of my deposit citing that he couldn't return the wrong part he purchased. Research indicates that for one person who feels strongly enough to complain there are a thousand who are aggrieved but don't. Conversely, I would suggest that if there are any positive reviews for JF they are his 'friends' or he has written them himself!! Avoid at all costs: I engaged a proper garage door person who completed the task professionally for a fraction of the cost!!
