I am truly truly disappointed with the services offered by Jetpets. I had to travel my cat "Mao" from Perth to Hong Kong. We first rang for a quote. The "K" lady said 'all you need to do is preparing the import permit from Hong Kong'. She didn't mention to me that Jetpets can only travel the pets on weekdays and when I was asking her a few more questions about availability of flights, she told me to check the available flights myself by just clicking into Cathay and Qantas website. When I start telling her that I would like to fly Mao on the coming Friday, she said the time is too tie, she can't do that. She has never mentioned to me that she needs 2 weeks notice. Then I have to get them to pick up my cat on Friday (as I am leaving on Sunday), so that they can travel Mao on Monday. This was all discussed with the same lady on the phone. She sent me a booking confirmation after that, I was charged for extra $30 dollars as discussed for boarding but she put it down on the booking confirmation saying that Mao will get picked up on Monday. (This is so ridiculuos!!!!!!!) So I rang her, she blamed me for not written it down on the booking form (there is no such entry on the booking form for pick up date). Fine!!!! Then she said to me this will be my last changes ( I can't make any more changes in the coming days). The problem is ...... This is totally not my fault ..... it's you being careless. My only hope was just Mao can travel comfortably. So I waited till they picked up Mao. The driver was late and had no patience to Mao. (You are working on a pet, and he is boarding without me for 4 days, shouldn't you be a bit more patience?!?!?!??!) Then, when I had to pick up Mao from the airport ..... why is somebody telling me that I need to bring a cage???? I have already paid for the price for a cage to Jetpets that I didn't even know ...... So I had to bring two cages home from the airport. And I have no idea what to do with the cage after he comes home. And Mao has lost so much weight that I was so surprised to see.... what have you been feeding him ..... ?!?!!?

when we moved interstate, they took care of flying out pets down and dropped them off at the boarding kennels. The lady who came to pick them up was lovely and was helpful. Took away alot of hassle for me. Was on the pricey side though
