I needed to have my pc backed up, software uninstalled and reinstalled. Then virus removed from my pc and many USB's..... Work was completed same day, honestly and affordably. Definitely recommend to everyone wanting good service.

I needed computer work to get rid of a virus, tidy up the system and increase memory and a new disc drive. I don't know much about computers so rely on quality service. The shop answered my 300 questions I had and spent alot of time talking to me about it. The shop offered solutions that meant doing them out of business just cause it was the best option which was great. And also tolerated the constant pick-up and delivery of the laptop, as a certain person could not go without it, while we waiting for parts etc.

I had a laptop that worked, except it would no longer charge - the charging pin had been pushed in to far and the charger broken (combined effort from the children and husband). Jeremy went through cost of repairs, advantages and disadvantages, etc, and basically told me it wasn't worth the cost of fixing it. And he was completely right!! For only $40 he was able to get all the data off it so I was really happy with that, and Jeremy gave me a discount and some great advice on the external hard drive. Customer service is fantastic and you can't knock back the price, such good value. Honest advice. Highly, highly recommend you talk to Jeremy FIRST when you have a computer issue :)

i had a virus on my computer and it was very slow because it is an old one i went in with out a clue Jeremy fixed my computer made it faster and when i couldn't get it to work when i took it home he said bring in straight back and and he solved the problem with no extra cost and did it straight away he didn't make me wait he started working on it for me as soon as i got there

I am not dumb when it comes to computers, however, I do need some help from time to time with problems that occur. Not only has Jeremy been helpful with good advise, but he is also attentive taking the time to listen. His pricing is very competitive and fair. I have purchased a laptop and various computer parts from him and will do so again. I have been "ripped-off" so many times with computer stores, but my experience with this business has been nothing but favorable. Very highly recommended.

I needed to get my laptop repaired. I was quoted $150 at the other 2 computer stores I enquired at. Jeremy's IT Solutions quoted $60 and my computer was repaired the same day I put it in. I also bought a modem at a great price. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful and gave me excellent advice. I would highly recommend this store to everyone and will only be using this store from now on.
