I found when we went there that the staff and owner was really friendly and helpful. And the food was good too. I even saw they had a small container of biscuits for dogs. Overall we had a good time there.

Jen makes the best scones for the devonshire tea. I asked for it to be a 'takeaway' and the containers of cream and jam were absolutely enormous. There are homemade chutneys, jams etc. It is a lovely homely atmosphere and I love nothing better than relaxing by sitting with my coffee and sandwich or cake
