STAY AWAY! We moved in Oct and it was an absolute disaster... don't believe the 5-star reviews. I wish I didn't! Everything the reviews say was the opposite of what we got!! The horror story is too long, but in summary: [redacted due to personal identifier] came to see the house after it was packed then under quoted the job by 2.5 trucks (we had to summon another company to help move us in between), settlement was 12 noon and they finally moved us out at 7pm (with my husband on the trolley), they broke a bottle of 1978 Grange and also said they hooked up our freezer (which was fully of food), only to discover 3 days later it wasn't! I wrote to [redacted due to personal identifier] via email about these issues - (after delayed responses) he blamed me for the underestimation of the quote, the Grange and the fridge. [redacted due to personal identifier] and his mate lied! They take no responsibility and blame us (the not-professional movers!) What a joke! DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE and EXTRA CASH!

Had Eric and his team come in twice, once for a move, and once for disposal. Both times he and his team were excellent. Arrived promptly and equip to manage the move. Quick and very efficiently organised the move and showed care when handling our fragile items. Very impressed with their professionalism and trustworthiness. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
