The store was mentally busy but due to this brilliant lady, we were in n out in 20 minutes having purchased a new Sony Tv system.

Now that a major competitive brand is out of the game, it looks like JB Hi Fi, is the first stop. They have a huge range, but you need to do some research to make sure you are getting a good deal, otherwise check-out the smaller retailers. The staff are friendly but you might have to flag them down in the busy times.

My first stop when ever I am going for anything electrical! The staff are always helpful and totally understand shopping around and are more than happy to help you know what questions to ask in other stores so you can get the product you want. I always end up back at jb for my final purchase LOL one day I will stop looking around, but i guess we all want to be sure we are getting the right thing! Always remember to ask for a better price, they will always have a better price if asked.

Went in to buy a television today. The salesperson came straight over to assist. He asked us a few questions and helped us pick out a television - didn't try to oversell the product. Directed us to a 40" lcd tv for $350 - definetly a bargain! Would buy from there again

Ordered a new release blu ray, when it never arrived l lodged an item not delivered e.mail. The next day l actually received a call from them concerning my complaint, something l've never had happen by any company.l was told another blu ray would be sent out immediately, which it was and within a couple of days l received it. Great service and communication, could'nt ask for more.

They have absolutely every kind of music you could ever want in this store it's fantastic. Though as there are so many different music genres it does make it a little hard to find what your looking for but the friendly staff make up for that.

Very large store with heaps of variety. A very large dvd and cd selection. However trying to find some staff to help you can be a nightmare. And when you do find one, you are lucky if they know anything about what your after.

Cheap prices, large store, great range of products and brands. Friendly and polite staff. Love it when they have sales.
