OK shop but certainly room for improvement. I find its hard to find what your looking for. The staff are always busy. The prices are bit expensive.

I had purchased a Dell Tablet which lasted not even 2 weeks before it failed and didn't even have any power at all. Took it back to the store along with the receipt to exchange or get a refund. After the manager had tried every effort to get it working I was offered a full refund. I was verbally abused by a lady at the counter because she had to do all the paperwork. I can made a promise to myslef that I will never return to this store.

They are a great bunch here! Although they can have the odd 'off day' and treat you like just another face in the crowd I would say overall that they are great people here!
They are willing to help with any inquiry and they have always took the time to see if they can find a special something online and get it in for me if I can not find it already in the store. I love going here because they nearly always have what I am looking for!

Jb hi-fi has all your entertainment needs. they stock loads of DVDs, Wii games, TV series on DVD, music, TVs, ipods, i pads and lots more. they are a great business.
